The proof pressure test is 1.5 times of the desired working pressure

Construction

Lining - The inner lining being soft abrasion resistance rubber

Reinforcement - Multiple layers of high tensile rubberized nylon cords with steel helical wire / steel rings

Cover - Black Smooth or corrugated ozone resistant for sea worthy condition, fabric wrapped finish

End Connection Plain / enlarged / built in type metal flanges / built in rubber flanges with back split metal flanges
